Audit & Inspection management
With the Blue Inspect app, the inspection will be performed by the lessee based on your requirements, consisting of specific (mandatory) questions and images/videos about general state, parts or accessories. This way you'll always have insights in the actual state of an asset which you can act on pro-actively.
Blue Inspect's smart features
Blue Inspect solutions use Artificial Intelligence to make them smarter, quicker and more reliable. One prominent application of AI is to verify if the actual location of where the inspection is done is the same as the expected location.
By constantly improving our models and inspection processes, our Inspection Solutions will become even more reliable and smarter. With AI, our software is able to recognise which part of the asset is being inspected to suggest what to focus on or what options/accessories could be equipped, possibly even recognising missing items or spot damages.
Together with our current customers we designed the Audit App working optimal for performing floor plan checks and audits on inventory. Wherever your inventory is in the world, the Audit App verifies the location of the assets, shows the condition of your assets, all being backed with smart features to prevent fraud and reduce costs and risks.
The inspection App could also be used for End of Lease (EOL) inspections. Most manufacturers or leasing companies require you to schedule an end of lease inspection "x" months before you turn in your leased asset. The purpose of this inspection is to make sure that the vehicle is in good condition before it is returned and to let you know what (if any) lease end penalties will be applicable. Currently, most manufacturers or leasing companies will reach out to you third-party inspectors to come to inspect the asset.
